If you need to cancel your holiday, due to Covid19 related Government restrictions, you are welcome to either rebook for a later date or have a full refund minus any charges paid for Paypal or Stripe payments.
Cleaning, bedding, towels etc
All properties will be cleaned according to guidelines before arrival. We have purchased a ULV 50 Fogger and all properties will be sprayed with professional antiviral disinfectant before and after cleaning. The ASSC have produced a lot of information on COVID19 including a page on how Foggers work, click this link to go to the page.
Beds have mattress and pillow protection which will be changed every changeover. But if you would like to bring all your own bedding and/or linen please let me know before your day of arrival and we will give you the sizes you will need. We would strongly suggest you bring your own pillows with you, just let us know, before your day of arrival.
Towels - we would strongly suggest you bring your own towels with you. We do supply towels if required but taking your own would be a much better option.
Hand sanitiser will be provided, along with, antiviral disinfectant spray, antiviral wipes and disinfectant spray.
Our welcome pack is temporary suspended until the current Covid19 situation changes. The only items that will be left in the property for you are 1 kitchen cloth, 1 scourer, washing up liquid, 4 toilet rolls, bleach, hand soap, bathroom cleaner & kitchen cleaner.
Please note that tourist information will not be available in property please have a look at my information pages and check out information on line.
We have also removed all books, games and DVD's so please bring your own.
The local map of the area and walks would be good to print out before you arrive.
If you become unwell with COVID19 during your stay
If you become unwell during your stay with suspected Covid19 you must inform us immediately Fiona 07759304705 or Ian 07801590235 and follow the guidelines for obtaining a test from NHS Scotland.
You will have to isolate for 7 days and the remainder of your group for 14 days within the property if you are unable to travel home safely to isolate. Obviously in this situation we would have to ask you to pay any additionally fees for the time you have to stay, as other guests would have to be cancelled.
